We have an amazing curation of products with us at Eyaas. It is unlikely that you would not like a product once you see it. But in case there is something that you do not like after purchase, we have a no questions asked returns policy. There are a few things you need to keep in mind though.
- Please make sure that the product is eligible for return when looking to purchase.
- If the product is eligible for return then you can return the product within 10 days of receiving it.
- In the event that your purchase is received in a damaged condition, please mail us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please ensure that you send us an image of the product tag as well.
- Once your return has been scheduled and picked up, we will process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit or in the form of account transfers via cheque or credit back on Credit Card. Please inform and provide details accordingly.
- We aim to process all returns within 10 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for either exchange or refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund
