Studio pottery has taken wings in the past years. It works with a lot of experimentation. Small numbers. Personalizations. Colour options and of course a range of shapes and sizes. Usually worked on by single potters, these have been procured from the famous Andretta Pottery. Andretta is a small placed nestled in the hills of Palampur, Himachal. Quaint and often known for Artist & Potters Retreats, this little town does amazing pottery specializing in slip work. We have a small range of products sourced from Andretta. Most of these products are either single pieces or available in limited numbers.

SHIPPING POLICY
- At Eyaas, we take extra care in delivering your products to you. We only partner with reputed national couriers. We offer shipping according to the shipping weight of the product.
- All products have a shipping weight specified. The shipping slab changes as per the weight slab of the product. There is a minimum shipping charge of Rs.85/-
- Since many of our products are double boxed to ensure they reach you safe and are not damaged en-route, our shipping rate changes with a change in the shipping weight.
- We normally ship products between 48-72 hours or 2-3 working days.
- Depending on the volume of the products, products may be shipped via air or surface unless otherwise specified by the customer.
- By air most deliveries are made within 3-5 working days.
- By surface, deliveries usually reach our customers within 7-10 working days.
- Courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm.
- Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
- We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
- We are able to ship to military addresses using Indian Postal Service & Speed Post. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
We have an amazing curation of products with us at Eyaas. It is unlikely that you would not like a product once you see it. But in case there is something that you do not like after purchase, we have a no questions asked returns policy. There are a few things you need to keep in mind though.
- Please make sure that the product is eligible for return when looking to purchase.
- If the product is eligible for return then you can return the product within 10 days of receiving it.
- In the event that your purchase is received in a damaged condition, please mail us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please ensure that you send us an image of the product tag as well.
- Once your return has been scheduled and picked up, we will process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit or in the form of account transfers via cheque or credit back on Credit Card. Please inform and provide details accordingly.
- We aim to process all returns within 10 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for either exchange or refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
