Javed Ansari comes from a family of weavers. He is three brothers, all three of whom are into weaving. They are also training the next generation into weaving with his sister's son living with him and working as an apprentice.

Javed Bhai has to cater to a family of 15 members - including 6 children and 2 senior citizens. Without school and academic expenses he says the monthly expense currently for 15 members is upwards of Rs.20000 per month.
